  • This year the 4-H Federation leader and retired Master Carpenter Duane Goderis with 4-H members Timothy and Jace Goderis, replaced an old, tattered sign with a new, more visible sign that had been donated in memory of Sandy Martin. The 4-H Federation and its members have coordinated several hours of hard labor in the past, working on odd jobs that the Animal Control officers do not typically have time for.
The sign has been a project in the making for approximately one year and despite the chilly temperatures and the wind, the new sign is up and secure. Animal Control hope that the new sign will make it easier to find for people who are looking to adopt a pet into their family.
