4 - STOCK 50 this Friday at Davenport Speedway

Stock car racing action returns to the Davenport Speedway this Friday, August 10th. The highlight of the racing program will be a 50-lap feature for the 4-Stocks, that will pay $2,000 to the winner.

This Friday’s race will be all about the money for area 4-Stock racers. The $2,000 top prize is twenty times the amount that drivers compete for a weekly basis.

The 4-Stock feature will be 50-laps, with 20 cars making the main. The 4-Stocks will use a draw/re-draw format. There will be a $50 entry fee for the 4-Stocks, for this event.

Also racing at Davenport Speedway, on August 10th, will be IMCA Late Models, IMCA Modifieds, and Street Stocks, all competing for weekly racing points.

Pit gates at Davenport open at 4 p.m. Hot laps are at 6:30pm and racing starts at 7pm. The Davenport Speedway is located at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, on West Locust Street, in Davenport.

Grandstand admission for the event will be: Adults $15, Teens/Seniors $14, 10 and under free with a paid adult.
