The Rockridge Rockets boys golf team won the Monmouth Regional Tuesday night at Gibson Woods.
The Rockets were led by the region;'s medalist Dylan Daxon's 71. His score highlighted a nine stroke victory for Rockridge.
United placed second, 337 and Sherrard third, 351. Rockridge, United and Sherrard all advance to sectional play.
Advancing individuals include: Sam Klooster, Stark County, 75; Austin Meyer, West Central, 87; Derek Gray, Stark County, 89; Trevor Stegail, Williamsfield, 89; Ryan Young, Bureau Valley, 90; Tyler Doubet, Williamsfield, 91 and Ryan Hansen, Kewanee, 91.
Those teams were followed by Stark County, 365; Kewanee, 376; West Central, 389; Williamsfield, 390; Mercer County, 392; Ridgewood, 396; Bureau Valley, 418; Orion, 420; Galva, 426; Knoxville, 445 and Kewanee Wethersfield, Jeremy Trill.
Rockridge individual scores were: Daxon, 71; Chad Ninz, 77; Jonny Jerzyk, 81; Jake Powell, 99; Kamryn Macke, 97 and Liam Kilcoin, 105.
United individual scores were: Caleb Newell, 81; Dalton Brentise, 90; Michael Jensen, 84; Austin Marshall, 82; Connor French, 103 and Jared Smith, 107.
Sherrard individual golf scores were: Grant Morse, 84; Johnny Baumunk and Mick Exbom, 87; Eric Arbet, 93; Zac Anderson, 118 and Lucas Zucher, 117.
Scores for the Mercer County players were: Alec Fiser, 93; Alex Lybarger, 97; Austin Lindell, 102; Brett Bieri, 100; Joe Elliott, 114 and Brenton Stropes, 104.
