  • Rural Mercer County man found dead at home

  • Local law enforcement officials were called to a rural Mercer County residence Tuesday morning where they found a man dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. The call came into the Sheriff's Department at 8:54 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
