Halloween party at Mercer Carnegie Library

There will be a Halloween party at Mercer Carnegie Library on Saturday Oct. 27 from 10 a.m. -noon. Face-painting will be available at no charge from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.. There will be a door prizes, a costume contest, story times, and refreshments. Costume contest participants will compete for Happy Joe's gift certificates. The public is invited to attend.
