Robbery charges filed in Viola and Sherrard bank robberies: Suspects in custody

A four count felony criminal information was filed today by the Mercer county State's Attorney's Office against DeAngelo D. Dixon. The firt two counts are Class 1 felonies exposing defendant to four to 15 years in the Department of Corrections each. Because the defendant may have a prior Class 1 felony, each sentence could be extended up to 30 years.
