Nolan Keane marrying Morgan Carstens with months to live

Donations are being sought to help fulfill the dying wish of a Kewanee man given months to live after a four-year battle with cancer.
Nolan Keane, a 2003 graduate of Wethersfield High School, and his fiancee', Morgan Carstens, plan to marry on Saturday, March 9, and would like their last memories to be a honeymoon to Disney World in Orlando, Fla., where Nolan proposed.
With the help of an online fundraiser, GiveForward, about one third of a $20,000 goal had been raised as of Thursday to help pay for the honeymoon they cannot afford due to enormous medical bills.
Four years ago, at the age of 24, Nolan was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma multiforme, a type of fast-growing brain cancer.
He is now 28 years old and still fighting. His most recent MRI showed the cancer has spread into most areas of the brain, and there is little the doctors can do, according to the GiveForward website. Doctors say his time is limited and, given months to live, it is unlikely he will see 2014.
This past year Nolan proposed to his high school sweetheart, Morgan Carstens, in front of the castle at Walt Disney World.
Through the kindness of others and services donated, Nolan and Morgan are looking forward to their wedding on March 9.
It is a dream of Nolan and Morgan's to go back to Disney one last time for their honeymoon to create happy moments for Nolan and memories to last a lifetime for Morgan and the family.
Morgan, a Stark County High School graduate and registered nurse, has stayed by Nolan's side, quitting her job to be his fulltime caretaker.
Nolan enjoyed a successful baseball career at WHS, where his father, Pat, was his coach. He went on to be a standout baseball player at Missouri State University.
