Gas prices fall six cents

Illinois, March 4- Average retail gasoline prices in Illinois have fallen 6.1 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.88/g yesterday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 4,378 gas outlets in Illinois. This compares with the national average that has fallen 2.8 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.70/g, according to gasoline price website GasBuddy.com.
