Paint, create, stage in BHC weekend workshops

Learn a new hobby or skill in one of Black Hawk College’s new weekend workshops.

Oil Painting Made Easy – Learn easy techniques using a wet-on-wet canvas and oil paints. The class will be Saturday, March 16 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the college’s Outreach Center, 301 Avenue of the Cities, East Moline. Cost is $30.
