Grace E. Murdock

Grace Eleanor Murdock, 94, of Springfield, died Thursday, March 14, 2013, at St. John’s Hospice in Springfield. She was born Aug. 16, 1918, in New Boston, the daughter of Amos Gentry Hodgson and Anna Thoburn Hodgson. She married Russell F. Murdock on Dec.15, 1939, in Davenport, Iowa. Grace was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Russell, in 1989; two brothers and a sister.
