  • Richmond Hill Players next offering is the Leo W. Sears & Jack Sharkey gourmet comedy, “100 Lunches.” The show will be presented Thursdays through Sundays, June 6th through June 16th at the Barn Theater in Geneseo.
When an unkind theatre critic has the gall to ask a successful mystery playwright for his expert help in writing a play of her own, he fiendishly insists their mentoring sessions be held over lunch at the most expensive restaurants in New York, with the critic footing the bill. Lunatic waiters provide a uniquely hilarious touch to their meetings. When the critic’s play opens on Broadway, she finds out what it's like to be a target for all her colleagues. Non-stop fun, romance, and explosive hilarity make this an ideal show for the entire family.
The cast features Nathan Johnson, Jackie Patterson, Jack Sellers, Geneseo; Don Hazen, Cindy Ramos-Parmley, Moline and Terri Nelson, Lynn Center. Joe DePauw, Geneseo, directs the show.
The staff includes stage manager Dru Clementz, tech director Jennifer Kingry, costumers Suzanne DeReu, Jean Melillo and set builder Mike Skiles all of Geneseo; set designer Mollie Schmeltzer, Kewanee and crew members Jeff Blackwell, Coal Valley and Suzanne DeReu, Geneseo.
Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays the doors open at 6:30 pm with the show beginning at 7:30 pm. Sundays are 3 pm matinees with the doors opening at 2 pm. Late seating is not permitted; no one will be admitted to the theater once the performance has begun.
Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling the Richmond Hill box office at 309-944-2244 or by visiting the website at www.rhplayers.com. Admission for all performances is $10.
