University of Illinois Extension will be holding their State Master Gardener Conference at the i-wireless Center in Moline, IL September 19-21, 2013. More than 400 avid gardeners from all over Illinois will be attending. As part of the event, Extension is offering opportunities to horticulture-related business and organizations. Vendor booths will be open on Friday, September 20th, 8:00-5:30 and/or Saturday, September 21st, 8:00-3:00. Space is limited.
There are three vendor options
Option One – Provide literature describing your business, service, garden-related products for the information table. You may deliver or mail your information to the Rock Island County Extension Office by September 1st. As an option, include a discount coupon to get their attention. There is No Charge for this option.
Option Two – Donate a silent auction product. Items will be on display with your business name. There is No Charge for this option. Silent auction items will be picked up during the first week of September or you may bring it the day of the event.
Option Three – Reserve an 8 x 8 space and one 8-ft. table (if desired) for both days at a cost of $75 in our vendor area, to personally present your wares/services to more than 400 participants. All exhibitors are invited to attend workshops as time permits. Exhibit space is limited, so please reply promptly to avoid disappointment.
