Obama still hasn’t had the low poll numbers the past five Republican presidents had

The sixth year of Barack Obama’s presidency begins later this month, and his current job-approval rating stands at 42 percent in Gallup’s three-day tracking poll.
That’s certainly nothing to brag about, but itís a little better than his all-time low of 38 percent approval in August of 2011. (Let’s not forget, however, that Obama won re-election in an Electoral College landslide just 15 months after he hit his lowest approval numbers.)
