Harold D. Johnson, 62, Viola, died Monday, Dec. 14, 2009 at his home. Memorial Services were 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 18, 2009 at Wildwood Baptist Church, East Moline.
Burial was in National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal, military rites were conducted by Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 299.

Harold was born May 30, 1947, Moline, the son of Frank and Lillie Anderson Johnson. He married Judith Brooks-Olson, July 29, 2006, East Moline.
Harold was a laborer out of Union Local #309, retiring in 1999. He served in the Air Force during Vietnam.
He enjoyed NASCAR, fishing and working in his yard. He was a member of Wildwood Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Judith Johnson, Viola, sons, Erik and William Johnson, both of Moline and Jason (Maria) Howard, Livonia, Mich, grandchildren, Gage, Elyse, Jeshua, Jeremiah and one grandson lovingly expected, sister, Irene Hornbeck, Galesburg, brother, George Johnson, O’Fallon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Ella Long and brothers, Wendell and Francis Johnson.
