Great River High Performance is offering a speed and plyometric camp for athletes 13 and up. The camp is scheduled from 8:30 to 11 a.m., July 26 to 29, at the West Burlington High School Gym and Track, 408 W. Van Weiss Blvd., West Burlington, Iowa
Registration is underway for the Monmouth College Track & Field and Cross Country Camp to be held July 5-8. The camp, which will run from 6-8:15 each evening, is open to boys and girls entering grades 7-12. Cost for the camp is $40 if registered before July 1. The Sherrard High School boys track team won the Olympic Conference Championship May 13 at Farmington.
The Tigers scored 159 points just ahead of Macomb, 130. Other team scores were: Farmington, 111; Orion, 61.5; Monmouth-Roseville, 51 and Rockridge, 43.5.
