The Mercer County High School girls track team won their third meeting in a row May 1 winning the Tiger Relays. The Mercer County boys placed third.

Alleman won the combined meet score of 201, just half a point ahead of Mercer County.

Alleman won the combined meet score of 201, just half a point ahead of Mercer County.

Placing first for Mercer County were: Kenzie Baker in the 100 meter dash; the 4 x 100 meter relay team; the 4 x 200 meter relay team; the 4 x 400 meter relay team.

Combined team scores were: Alleman, 201; Mercer County, 200.50; Rockridge, 174.50; Monmouth-Roseville, 158.50; Sherrard, 157.50; Orion, 119.50; Kewanee, 116 and Knoxville, 108.50.

Male scores were: Alleman, 121; Rockridge, 104; Mercer County, 89; Sherrard, 78.50; Monmouth-Roseville, 65; Orion, 63.50; Knoxville, 49; Kewanee, 45.

 

Female scores were: Mercer County, 111.50; Monmouth-Roseville, 93.50; Alleman, 80; Sherrard, 79; Kewanee, 71; Rockridge, 70.50; Knoxville, 59.50 and Orion, 56.
