Wellman, IA - Betty L. Weger, 57, of Wellman, Iowa, formerly of Aledo, Illinois, died Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Parkview Manor in Wellman, Iowa. Private graveside services are Monday, June 7, 2021 in the Aledo Cemetery. There is no visitation. Memorials may be left to a charity of the donor's choice. She was born August 3, 1963 in Peru, IL to Donald and Betty Stuber Weger. She graduated from Aledo High School in 1982. Betty never married.

Throughout her life and health endeavors, she knew and loved the Lord. Betty was a loving daughter, sister and aunt. She had a beautiful singing voice and enjoyed singing to Patsy Cline songs. She enjoyed her dogs, bible studies and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her father, Don of Aledo; two sisters, Cindy (Scott) Bridgford of Kissimmee, Florida, Sandra S. Weger of Aledo, Illinois; two nephews, Michael Bridgford of Napa, California; Paul Bridgford of Orlando, Florida; one niece, Kristen Bridgford of Chicago, Illinois; great nieces, Eve and Eliza Bridgford both of Napa, California; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother.
