Rick L. Lincoln, 60 of Andalusia, IL passed away Thursday, September 22, 2022 the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City. Services are 1:00 p.m. Tuesday September 27, 2022 at Fippinger Funeral Home in Aledo. Visitation is 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at Fippinger’s where memorials may be left to Quad City Animal Welfare Shelter or Myrna Rae’s Studio of Dance. Rick was born April 29, 1962 in Muscatine, Iowa to Ronald and Judith Whitehall Lincoln. He graduated from Rockridge High School in 1980, excelling in football and basketball. Rick married Kim Matlick in 1981 and later Cindalene McCannon in 1993.
Rick was employed at Heinz (ES3) in Muscatine for over 41 years.
He was an avid pool player and sports enthusiast. Rick enjoyed fishing and was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.
Survivors include three daughters, Joey Lynn Lincoln of Aledo, IL; Jenna Nicole Lincoln; Carley Sue Lincoln, both of Milan, IL; one son, Jason (Geneva) Lincoln of Ankeny, Iowa; one stepson, Craig McCannon of Davenport, Iowa; 5 grandchildren; two sisters, Kimberly (Tim) Heady of Mitchellville, Iowa; Mary Quigley of Alabama; special family friend, Chad Ketelsen of Milan, IL; several nieces, nephews and a grandpup, Haze.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
