Judy L. Storr, 69, of Illinois City, passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at Unity Point Health - Trinity Rock Island. A time of remembrance will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 21, 2023 at Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Muscatine. Following the time of remembrances, visitation will be held until 6:00 p.m. on Friday evening at the funeral home. A memorial has been established for Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center in Iowa City. Judy L. Howard was born on May 3, 1953 in Aledo, Illinois, the daughter of Aaron and Oral (Muhlenburg) Howard. Judy was a 1971 graduate of Westmer High School. She was united in marriage to Robert Storr. Judy worked for over 35 years at H.J. Heinz Company. She enjoyed painting, gardening, crocheting and eating potato chips.
Judy will be deeply missed by her children, Daniel Storr of Illinois City, Michael Storr of Indianapolis, Indiana and Rebecca (Mark) Hardee of Dumfries, Virginia; two grandchildren, Sierra and Savannah; siblings, Greg (Delores) Howard of Bettendorf, Gloria Duncan of Muscatine and Geneva (Bob) Jenkins of Brownsville, Texas and her best friend, Nancy Maxson of Muscatine.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents and her dogs, Dori and Libby.
