Elizabeth Ann Lower-Swartz, 85, of Aledo, entered the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, January 2, 2021. A private service will be held in Moline Memorial Park Cemetery.
Elizabeth was a former resident of Coal Valley and Moline, Illinois. She was mother to Dwight Swartz, Sr., Rev. Dawn E. Swartz, DeeAnn (Robert) Stuart, grandmother to five grandsons, and great-grandmother to one.
During her productive years, Elizabeth was leader of Girl Scouts, Deacon of the South Park Presbyterian Church, earned her L.P.N. from Black Hawk College and worked as a nurse, a gardener, especially of yellow roses, and embroiderer.
She was preceded in death by her son Davy, parents, Edna and Harvey Lower, and younger siblings James Lower, Joy Kilbourn, Carolyn Perkins, Katherine Lower, and Tom Lower. They are all together now. https://everloved.com/life-of/elizabeth-lower-swartz/
