2012 DCP/ACRE Sign-Up

2012 Direct and Counter-Cyclical Program (DCP)/Average Crop Revenue Election (ACRE) program enrollment started Jan. 23, 2012 and will end June 1, 2012. Here are some IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

•All producers with an interest in DCP base acres must be included on the DCP/ACRE contract payment for the farm.

•All producers receiving a share greater than zero on the DCP/ACRE contract must sign the contract no later than June 1, 2012. Changes on the farm after enrolling in DCP/ACRE must be reported to your local FSA office such as:

•Ownership changes

•Producer changes (individuals and Entities)

NOTE: Changes to 2012 DCP/ACRE contracts cannot be made after Sept 30, 2012.

The Mercer County FSA office is currently taking appointments for enrollment. So, please call and make your appointment soon. The Mercer County Office has had several contracts initiated but not enrolled.

We are missing signatures from participants. If you took a CCC-509 to other owners/operators, please verify they have been returned to the COF by the June 1, deadline.
