Pomeroys celebrate 40th anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Tad Pomeroy of New Boston celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on Saturday, Sept. 20 with a trip to Massachusetts. The former Vicki LeHew and Tad Pomeroy were married in the New Boston Methodist Church and except for a year in Davenport, Iowa have been residents of the New Boston area.

Their children are Andrea (Matt) Sickler, of Greenville, S.C. and Janelle (Mario) De Sousa and grandson, Tyler Andrew of Milford, Ma.

Tad is the owner of PGL, Inc. Concrete Construction and except for being employed at the Arsenal and for local attorneys, Vicki has helped Tad with his business and is a homemaker.
