Jacob (Jack) Harrison Thomas Pozesky

Brian and Hilarie (Pitman) Pozesky, Oak Park, are the proud parents of their second son, Jacob (Jack) Harrison Thomas Pozesky. He was born April 13, 2009, at Prentice Women’s Hospital, Chicago. He was 8 lbs, 15 oz. and 21 inches long.

He has an older brother, Charlie, 3.

Paternal grandparents are Marty and the late Alice Pozesky, and step-grandmother Ellen Menaker Pozesky, Potomac, Md.

Maternal grandparents are Dennis and Cathie Pitman of rural Aledo.
