Christopher Emo and Brittany Sproston to wed

Christopher Emo and Brittany Sproston announced their upcoming marriage date. The wedding is set for Jan. 24, 2011.

The groom's parents are Brandy Emo-Coutts and Joe Coutts of Aledo and John (Michelle) Bowser of Colona.

The bride-to-be's parents are Dan and Lois Sproston of Seaton.

Chris graduated from Moline High in 2010 and works at Mi Casa in Aledo.

Brittany will graduate this year and plans to attend Blackhawk College.
