Claeys celebrate 50th anniversary

David F. and Patricia L. Claeys of Aledo celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family gathering on New Years Day.

Patricia L. Wakeland, Aledo, and David Claeys, Preemption, were married Dec. 31, 1960 at the Aledo Methodist Church.

Their children are David and the late Martha, granddaughter Samantha, Flagstaff, Ariz.; Rodney and Melanie and grandson Lance of Davenport, Iowa.
