Johnson-Swanson engagement announced

Vernon and Donna Johnson are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter Lara Mae Johnson, to Johathon David Swaonson, son of Jon and Chris Swanson.

Lara is a 2006 graduate of Aledo High School and graduated from Illinois State University in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in physical education.

Jonathon is a 2005 graduate of Aledo High School and graduated from the University of Illinois in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and is currently pursuing a doctorate in physical therapy from Bradley University where he will graduate in 2012.

The couple will be married May 28, 2011 in Aledo.
