Help Joplin effort organized

A local group in the Reynolds area is working to fill a truck with needed supplies for tornado victims in Joplin, Mo., and they need your help.

Anyone wishing to make donations can bring them to DeMarlie Trucking in  Reynolds. Truck #5632 will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. until the scheduled leaving date (Monday, June 6). Bring items in either a box or tote and slide them in the back of the truck.

Supplies needed to fill the truck include: Water, food, Bibles, underwear, socks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, combs and hair brushes, razors, feminine hygiene products, paper products, rubbing alcohol, peroxide, wash cloths, towels, cleaning products, bandages, blankets, office supplies, batteries, flashlights, rakes, tarps, diapers, new clothing, etc.
