Alta Russell to celebrate 90th Birthday

Alta Russell will celebrate her 90th birthday on Wednesday, September 3 with a family luncheon from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. and an open house from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m., both in the Activity Room at Mercer County Nursing Home.
