Leave the remote control at home Feb. 18 and 19, as the Davenport Music Departments of Central and West high schools proudly presents ’The Great River Show Choir Invitational' on the stage of the Adler Theater. Talented teens of the Quad Cities showcase their dreams on stage as they bring you two nights of dazzling dancing, creative costumes, magnificent music, and great family entertainment.

The Great River Show Choir Invitational is a competition of Prep and Senior choirs from twelve regional  high schools and seven middle school show choirs all competing for Grand Champion. All show choir participants must audition for the opportunity to perform. Once selected, they spend endless hours polishing their competitive style under the direction of professional choreographers and vocal coaches. These show choirs then travel to many different venues all competing for the chance to become the “Grand Champion." For many students, performing at the Adler Theater may not only be the chance of a lifetime, but the beginning of a life long career.
