Dancing with the Stars Couples to be Revealed June 7th at Aledo Band Shell

Make plans to be at the Aledo Band Shell on Thursday, June 7th as the 2012 Dancing with the Stars contestants and instructors will be announced.  At 7:30 pm names will randomly be drawn to pair up couples and their instructor.  Mercer County Dancing with the Stars will be held on September 29th at the Mercer County High School Auditorium and the proceeds will go to the George Pratt Memorial Field and Track Renovation Project.  Twelve couples will fundraise for the project and compete for the famous “Mirror Ball” trophy.  Last years event was a big success and raised over $24,000 for the project.

Also performing that night in the Band Shell will be Myrna Rae Dancers beginning at 6:30 pm..  Bring your lawn chairs and come and enjoy some great entertainment!
