GARY METIVIER TO SPEAK AT EXCHANGE CLUB OF ALEDO 40th ANNUAL "ONE NATION UNDER GOD" BREAKFAST The Exchange Club of Aledo is pleased to announce that Gary Metivier will be the keynote speaker at the club's 40th annual "One Nation Under God" breakfast. The breakfast will be Saturday, November 10, 2018 beginning at 7:00 AM at the VFW in Aledo. Gary Metivier is an award winning journalist and former news anchor at KWQC television. He has earned 3 Emmys and 3 Edward R Murrows among dozens of state awards for his work. He has devoted much of his career reporting on veterans and military families. He is very active with Honor Flight and other programs that support our community. Gary has his own production company and is actively building a platform working with nonprofits and companies on documentaries, commercials and other story telling. Tickets for the breakfast are available from any Exchange Club member or at the door for a donation of $5. Exchange is a group of men and women working to make America a better place to live through one national project, Child Abuse Prevention and other community service projects. The Exchange Club of Aledo meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month, 6:15 PM at Oak View Country Club in Aledo. The picture is Gary Metivier and his son Adam.
