Maxine Stoutt recently attended the wedding of Sarah Edwards and Nathan Hennenfent, both of Alexis, at the Countryside Bible Church and the reception that followed at the Alexis Community Center.
Shirley and Bob Darrah and Nancy and Frank Brokaw recently spent a day in Prairie du Chein, Wisconsin.
Debra Darrah was able to return to her home on Thursday after being at St. Mary's Hospital in Galesburg for a broken hip. We wish you a very speedy recovery, Debra!
Marjorie Smith attended the Saturday, Sept. 27, 4 p.m. wedding of Katie Hennenfent and John Feehan at Heritage United Presbyterian Church in Monmouth and the following reception at the VFW.
Mr. and Mrs. Gary Patch of Roseville were callers on Friday evening in Doris and Lawrence Lee home.
The Little Cedar Presbyterian Church congregation enjoyed special music last Sunday when Kellsy Leary sang "Amazing Grace" with she and Sara Leary playing their guitars.
