Maxine Stoutt returned home last Friday after spending the past two months in Florida visiting her sons.

Marjorie Smith joined her family on Sunday noon to celebrate the birthday of her grandson, Josh, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Smith of Farmington.

Debra and Jim Darrah joined several of their high school classmates when they had supper at McGillucuddy's in Galesburg last Friday evening.

Gladys and Fim Free spent the weekend at he home of their son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Stan Free of Yorkville.

Helen and Jane Nicol had a busy weekend when her granddaughter Ashley Nicol was married to Kyle Gridley at the 1st United Methodist Church in Monmouth on Saturday afternoon, with the reception following at the Knights of Columbus Hall. On Sunday morning she was at the gift opening in the Gridley home.

Debra and Jim Darrah, Shirley and Bob Darrah spent Monday evening in the Lawrence Lee home.

The Little York Fire Department will have a taco supper at the fire station on April 11 from 4 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.

On April 4, the Little Cedar Church will have an Easter Egg hunt at the ball field.

On April 9, Maundy Thursday, Little Cedar has invited Sugar Tree Grove to join us for a "Seder Supper," with a potluck to follow.

The Sugar Tree Grove Church is having their annual bake sale on Saturday, April 4.

Greeters at Little Cedar for the month of April are: 5 - Rod and Tobie Ballard and Savannah; 12 - Tom and Sue Bertelsen (Easter Sunrise), 19 - Helen and Clyde Campbell; 26 - Greg and Sue Campbell.
