We express our sympathy to the family of Tom Marple.

Marvin Oak was awarded best of show with his red raspberry wine at the Rock Island County Fair.

The Senior M.Y.F Mission trip went Monday July 20-27 to Osage Beach, Missouri - David House, Krysten Bickle, Justin House, Mishel House and Heather Fleming.

Dick Curry and Garry Massey, formerly from Andalusia, attended the Harley Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis, Kentucky, Thursday through Sunday July 16-19. On the way back they stopped at Shanetown on the Ohio River. Mr. Massey now lives in Huntsville, Ala.

Tami Parchert Clarke sang a solo, “God Speaking” Sunday, July 19 during morning worship at the Reynolds Methodist Church.

Sunday July 19 was St. Patrick’s ice cream social. Food was very good.

Francis and Donna Mack spent the weekend in Nevada, Miss. John Wagle, their grandson, plays baseball with the Nevada Griffins. They watched the season ending games. Next weekend the team will play in the tournament.

Services for Tom Marple were held at Speer Funeral Home followed by lunch at the Reynolds Legion Bldg.

There will be NO Sunday school during the month of August at Reynolds Methodist Church.

Tyson Blaser spent Monday-Wednesday July 20-22 with Mel and Susan Blaser. He ate supper with Beulah Venable Wednesday, July 22.
