News From Seaton

The Seaton Community Club is not going to be in charge of the Seaton Community Center anymore.  There might not be a Community Club anymore. They were responsible for cleaning the facility for every scheduled event and paying the heat bill through the winter with the money they collected from the renting of it for events. The Seaton Community Club has in the past sponsored the annual Easter egg hunt and Santa Claus's visit to town among other things.  It got harder and harder to get people involved and to help with events. Because the owners of the building, Bed and Janis Strom spend the winter season in a warmer area, they will not be available to rent out the facility. So until further notice the Community Center is not available.

Birthdays coming up in the first week of August are LaVon Line on the second of August, Skip Bush on the fifth and Brian Greer on the sixth.

It looks like some the houses for sale have or will have new residents. Seaton is a nice quiet community with affordable housing and low taxes. There are a couple of more houses available.
