Francis Mack visited Dale Armstrong Wednesday, Sept. 2 while Dale is recuperating. Donna Mack, Dorothy Armstrong, Lucille Elliott, Clara Mae Harrison were attending bridge club held at Emogene Kimball's home.

Rockridge High school lost to Hall Township in their football game Friday, Sept. 4 at Rockridge, 33-26.

Wayne and Carol Erickson, and Ronnie and Pat Kerres returned home Wednesday, Sept. 2 from a trip to Washington D.C., Gettysburg, Penn., Lancaster, Penn., and visited James and Jeanie Haunt in Mansfield, Ohio.

Mr. and Mrs. Gary Hund enjoyed a visit from their daughter, Allycia Hund and husbadn Andy Hoffman I.S.U. Bloomington, for the Labor Day weekend.

Anna Otten celebrated her 4th birthday, Monday, Sept. 7. They went to the Ringling Bros. Circus. Pam and Weldon Otten Jeff and Jen Otten and Helen Phillips, friends form Chicago and their two grandchildren accompanied them and helped celebrate.

Rev. Doug Rettig, Viola, served as pastor for Reynolds Methodist Church Sunday, Sept. 6.

Mike and Mary Sue Kitchell entertained for Haley, their daughter, home from Illinois Weselyan University, Bloomington for Labor Day weekend. Carol and Wayne Erickson, Dave and Tammy Erickson, Nicholas and Bradley, Chuch and Donna kitchell, Eldridge, Iowa, Carly Kitchell and Anaya, Davenport.

Dick and Bonnie Curry, Amanda Curry, Inez and Jerry Rushton, celebrated Labor Day with a rib and chicken cookout cooked by Marty Curry in Rock Island.

Mr. and Mrs. Mark Anders, Philip and Lindsay, Westland, Mich., spent a few days with her parents, Walter and Erma Martens.

Graydon and Marilyn Kranz celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at Johnny's Steakhouse, Moline on Sunday Sept. 6.
