Chelsey Widdop will compete in the hurdles and provide competition in the women’s high jump in track at Monmouth College.

Rockridge District 300 cancelled school Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 20-21. Friday the ice started to melt. We were without electricity part of the time.

Tuesday, Jan. 19 Marilyn Kranz had knee replacement surgery at Terrace Park Hospital, Bettendorf, Iowa. She will undergo therapy treatment at Midwest Therapy, Moline.

We express our sympathy to the family of Jon Ball.

Sunday, Jan. 24 Bonnie and Dick Curry helped Marty Curry celebrate his birthday with chicken and dumplings.

Matt and Kay Wynn vacationed for a week in Cancun, Mexico.

Tami Clarke sang “Free To Be Me” Sunday morning, Jan. 24 during Reynolds Methodist Church service.

Scott Oak, Chicago, visited last week with his brother Steve and Sherry Oak.
