Mercer County Board meets May 4

The Mercer County Board will meet Tuesday, May 4 at 7 p.m. in the Mercer County Courthouse.

Among the items on the agenda include:

•Schedule the special meeting for lease and jail addition (May 24 at 7 p.m.)

•Jail inspection report

•Report on collections for the hospital

•Committee appointments to be discussed include Larry Rhodenbaugh as trustee to the Sherrard Fire Protection District.

•The board will discuss a rezoning request from Richard H. Stone.
