Bobby Schilling, candidate for Congress in the Illinois 17th District, announced the third town hall in his "Solutions for the 17th" town hall series. The town hall will be held at Lake Storey in Galesburg at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 7 in Shelter #2. Schilling looks forward to meeting with voters from Galesburg and the surrounding area.

"We're headed to Galesburg for our third stop in the 'Solutions for the 17th' town hall tour," Schilling said. "I look forward to discussing the issues that are affecting the people of Galesburg. As a Congressman, I will make it a priority to have regular town halls to meet with constituents. My opponent has avoided the people he represents and ducked the issues that affect them. It's time for new representation in the Illinois 17th District."

Schilling, a native of Rock Island, graduated from Alleman High School and attended Black Hawk College. Schilling, a local business owner, is the Republican candidate for the 17th Congressional District in Illinois. Bobby is running on a platform of bringing jobs and real representation back to the 17th District. Earlier this year, Schilling conducted a 34-city "Bob's for Jobs" tour, where he met with voters and employers all across the 17th District.
