Kenneth F. Brown
Kenneth F. Brown, 92, of Woodhull, died Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010 at
St. Mary's Medical Center in Galesburg. Services are 11 a.m. Saturday
at the United Church of Woodhull. Burial is in the Woodhull cemetery.
Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Peterson Wallin Knox Funeral Home in Woodhull.

Kenneth was born Sept. 9, 1918 East of Woodhull to Frank and Maude
Bloomberg Brown. He graduated from the Woodhull High School and married Bernadine M. Scott Dec. 19, 1943 in Cambridge.
Kenneth farmed for 25 years east of Woodhull and was employed 27 years as a seed Corn Salesman for Pioneer retiring in 1990. He also sold Real Estate for the Bob Lindsey Real Estate Company.
He was a former member of the Clover Chapel Church and currently a
member of the United Church of Woodhull. He was a member and former director of the Henry County Farm Bureau, a former member of the Board of Directors of the Woodhull Coop and Grain Company and was a former president of the Woodhull Zoning Commission. He was an avid sports fan.
Survivors include his wife, Bernadine, a daughter, Judy Eddy of Camp
Point, three grandsons, Troy (Debbie) Eddy and Justin Eddy, all of
Chicago, and Trent Eddy of Camp Point, a great-grandson Jackson Eddy of Chicago and several nieces and nephews.
His parents, son-in-law Rex Eddy, a sister, Beulah Brown, and four brothers, Bernard, Stanley, Merrill and George Carroll preceded him in death.
