Timothy C. Havens, 57, of New Boston, died Sunday, Dec. 5, 2010 at his home. Memorial services will be Saturday, Dec. 18 at 11 a.m. at Faith Chapel, rural Illinois City. Speer Funeral Home is assisting the family.
