Schilling appoints district director

Rep. Bobby Schilling, R-Colona, has named Adrian Madunic as district director for the 17th Congressional District of Illinois.??Madunic will leave his position as director of economic development at Black Hawk College to take up the position, according to a statement from Schilling.??He grew up in the Quad Cities and has known Schilling since high school, the statement added. Madunic received a degree in pre-law at Black Hawk College, a bachelor’s in political science from Augustana College, and a master’s degree in international affairs from Marquette University. He will be based in Schilling’s Moline district office.??“Adrian grew up in the Quad-Cities and he and I have seen first hand the challenges western Illinois faces,” Schilling said. “Adrian will be a great addition to the office and an asset to the constituents of the 17th. Adrian’s deep roots in the community combined with his business background means that he will make an immediate impact in helping the residents and businesses of the district.”
