Hawk Hustle four-mile run/walk Nov. 12 covers hills, trails at BHC
Come run or walk the rolling hills and scenic trails of Black Hawk College on Saturday, Nov. 12 in the Hawk Hustle, a four-mile cross country run/walk. Money raised by the race support fitness initiatives at the college.
Age group trophies will be awarded, and all participants are invited to an indoor post-race party courtesy of Subway.
Packet pick-up and late registration will be from 8-9:30 a.m. with the race starting at 10 a.m. Registration will be in the lower lobby of Building 1 at the Quad-Cities Campus, 6600 34th Ave., Moline. Participants should park in the lot off 70th Street.
The entry fee is $22 for registrations received before Wednesday, Nov. 9. The fee is $20 for Cornbelt Running Club members and Black Hawk College students and employees who register before Nov. 9. The entry fee is $25 for all registrations received Nov. 9 through race day.
The event is sponsored by the Black Hawk College Quad-Cities Foundation, IMPACT, Coffee Hound-East Moline, Subway-BHC, Heritage Landscape Design, Service Plus Credit Union and KVF Quad Corp.
