The Rock Island riverfront will erupt with the sweet sounds of Nashville country music on Saturday, Sept. 14 when the Lock & Dam Country Jam, presented by QC Nightlife Entertainment, takes over Schwiebert Riverfront Park from Noon to Midnight!

Four Nashville acts and two local favorites will occupy the stage for 12 hours of music and fun for all ages. Tickets are just $20 in advance, ages 13-17 and those with military IDs are just $10, kids 12 and under are free. Headlining the Lock & Dam Country Jam is Nashville's Glen Templeton. The Alabama native leads a strong cast of Nashville notables, including Shawn Lacy, the Martin McDaniel Band and Northside Chicago's very own Elizabeth Lyons. The days' local twist will be provided by the Dirt Road Rockers and Rock Island's very own Phyllis and The Sharks.

This all ages event will have something for everyone, bring a lawn chair and relax along the river with great country music on stage, food vendors and free activities for the children. Miller and Pepsi products will also be available. Don't miss this opportunity to see the talent that native Nashville country music lovers are getting every night under the bright lights of Nashville on the stages of iconic country music venues like Legend's Corner, The Stage and Tootsies - where country music starts in America!
