Judge finds probable cause against William 'Pete' White

At a Preliminary Hearing Tuesday, Feb. 4, Judge Thomas C. Burgland found probable cause in the driving while revoked charge brought against William 'Pete' White. He is held based on findings by the court that evidence supports he was driving a lawn mower while his license was revoked back in August of 2011, while having 13 prior 'driving while revoked' on his record.

A pretrial date is set for March 4.
