Full Time Administrative Assistant
Immediate Opening
General office duties include efficient typing skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. Knowledge of both Mac and PC computers a plus. Must be able to learn different computer programs used in the publishing business that involve being the circulation coordinator and as sales assistant. Must have the ability to multi-task and meet deadline requirements. Good customer service and phone skills required.
Hours are Monday thru Friday, benefits package, paid holidays and vacation.
