"Illinois Is Back" Expo Veterans Hiring Fair Added to Inaugural Weekend

The Illinois Inauguration 2015 Committee today announced the addition of a veterans hiring fair to the “Illinois is Back Exposition.”

The veterans hiring fair, scheduled for Sunday, January 11, will focus on connecting Illinois companies with the men and women who have served our country.

“The men and women who wore our nation’s uniform put everything on the line to defend our freedom,” Governor-elect Rauner said. “The least we can do is make sure they have good jobs when they come home.”

The Illinois is Back Exposition 2015 is a two-day event that will give Illinois employers, educational institutions, cultural centers, and tourist sites an opportunity to come together to showcase what makes Illinois a special place.
