Johnson arrested

On Jan. 2, 2015 around 4 p.m. the Aledo Police Department was notified of a missing truck from the 600 block of N.E. 3rd Avenue. A Ford Truck had been taken without permission sometime in the early morning hours of 01/02/15. The investigation led to the truck being located in Freeport, and taken into custody was Kristina R. Johnson (Age 22) of Aledo. Ms. Johnson was held in the Stephenson County Jail on charges by Freeport Police Department and on Jan. 5 was formally charged with Criminal Trespass To a Motor Vehicle. Ms. Johnson’s bond was set at $7500 (10 percent applies).
