County board conducting special meeting

The Mercer County Board will meet today at 4 p.m. in a special called meeting. Items on the agenda include a resolution of fiscal emergency; resolution of sheriff's department fees and resolution of recorder's office fees. There are also two closed sessions scheduled to speak about negotiations and personnel specific.
