Anna Belle Miller, nee Bear, 86, born June 7, 1928, in Joy, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2015, at Dammert Geriatric Nursing Home, Belleville.
Mrs. Miller was a retired fourth grade elementary school teacher, for Millstadt Consolidated School for 20 years. Mrs. Miller attended Monmouth College and graduated from SIUE. Anna was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church, Belleville, for over 50 years. She was a member and past president of PEO Sisterhood, KC Chapter since 1963. She was also, a member of The Illinois Education Association and the Illinois Retired Teachers Association and the Optimist Club, Belleville.
Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Cecil and Blanche Francis, nee McNall, Bear; and a brother, Maynard L. Tromblee.
Surviving are her loving and devoted husband, K. Lane Miller whom she married on July 30, 1950, at First United Presbyterian Church, Aledo, ; her children, Mark (Kim) Miller of Troy, Debbie (Tim) Roth of Glendale, Ariz., and Linda (Darrell) Michael of Swansea; six grandchildren, Denee' (Keith) Barbee of Troy, Brad (Dawn) Miller of Troy, Nick (Jenni) Miller of St. Jacob, Laine (Joe) Adkins of Glendale, Ariz., Kristan (Chris) Sonnenberg of Millstadt, and Joseph (Chelsea) Michael of Chicago; four great-grandchildren, Clayton Miller of Troy, Candria Barbee of Troy, Taylor Miller of Troy, and Avery Sonnenberg of Millstadt; AFS-son and family, Andreas Corsten of Switzerland. Also, survived by other relatives, family and friends.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at First United Presbyterian Church, with Reverend Rob Dyer officiating. Interment will follow in Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville,
